TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS BETWEEN VENUES.NG (A DIVISION OF SEEDWORKS LIMITED) & LISTED VENUES
Registration – To register your event venue on to the Venues.ng website is absolutely free and there are no joining or annual membership fees. Your event venue will only go live on our website if the relevant Agreement box has been ticked on the on-line registration form or we have received signed terms of business in writing, either in the post or scanned by email. Registration is at the discretion of Venues.ng and Venues.ng retain the right to alter or amend entries or decline applications in line with editorial guidelines.
New Customer introductions – Our effective introduction is made when we pass the details of an event venue to the customer. This introduction is confirmed by way of the Venues.ng email confirmation. In certain circumstances, it may not be possible to confirm our introduction by email, but through calls from any of our Sales Representative
Referral Fees structure – When a Venues.ng customer that we have introduced (via email, fax or telephone or through our Sales Representative), contracts venue or event services at your event venue, it is the responsibility of the event venue to advise Venues.ng in writing by email the date(s), contracted venue/event price at which time our referral fees become payable. Our referral fees are 10% of the total price as defined above.
Payment – Settlement of invoices are due within 5 days of the event date, Venues.ng reserve the right to charge 2% per month, or part thereof above NIBOR base rate for overdue accounts.
