Core Job Description:
Venues.NG Support Executives are responsible for successfully selling the Venues.NG value proposition to inbound leads.
1) Follow-up on all bookings made both with User and Venue Owner aware of the booking request.
2) Follow up on our commissions and ensure invoices are sent to the right persons the Venue Owner Company.
3) Organizing Social Media Calendar and making postings on WordPress
4) Manage all other support activities as delegated upon.
- Coordinating communications, including taking calls, managing social media (limited), responding to emails and interfacing with stakeholders
- Preparing corporate documents for team members – Scheduling appointments, and maintaining company calendar
- Organising Social Media Calender and making digital marketing postings
- Ensuring smooth running of customer service and bookings
- Attending seminars, meetings and other engagements with Management
- Assisting and reporting to the Directors on all assigned tasks
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree (2:2)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Telephone Marketing and Answering calls
- Proficiency with online tools such as WordPress, Webmail, Skype, Hootsuite
- Previous website startup administrative experience
- Soft skills – Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, organisation skills and time management skills
Preferably living in Magodo Phase 2/Ketu/Ikosi area of Lagos
